  1.         Introduction: Pearlwort Hotel and Suites Limited (“Hotel”) is committed to providing our guests with satisfactory experience.

2.         Refund Eligibility: Guests may be eligible for a refund if:

            – The Hotel cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances

            – The guest cancels the booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy

3.         Refund Procedure: Guests must submit a signed refund request in writing to the Hotel, including proof of payment and booking details.

4.         Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within Seven (7) days of receiving the refund request.

5.         Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the total amount paid by the guest, minus any applicable cancellation fees or charges.
